Lifetime, transferable use permits

We are offering lifetime, transferable use permits in our RV park.  We have developed fourteen river front sites and have sold six as of 2011.  The sites vary in price and size from $20,000 for ~1650 sq. ft. up to $50,000 for ~2700 including the large cabin.  These sites are finished and available.    If you would like to see what we offer, our guided fishing trips include free stays at our park. 

If you love to fish, this is the deal of a lifetime.  When you buy a lifetime use permit, you also pick your site.  This site is yours and will only be used by you.  You can come to the campground any time 365 days a year.  You can even build a storage shed on your site.  That is why it is so important to buy your site early to get a better pick.  We push our guided King fishing trips on the rest of our website, but the best deal we offer is our lifetime use permits.  Our bank fishing is both private and productive.  Please spend some time on the rest of our website to learn more about our private fishing park.  If you have any questions, please call or email. 

Each of the river front sites include a picnic table and fire ring.
